A hardware-software complex, intended to build an integrated security system for small-size and medium-size facilities with the function of security alarm system, data acquisition and processing system, access control system, CCTV.

• The system "Mediana" provides subsystem integration:
  • security alarm system based on detectors (D) with interface RS-485 and (or) with interface of "dry contact" type;
  • access control;
  • CCTV and video surveillance;
  • data acquisition and processing.
• Security alarm system based on digital detectors with interface RS-485 provides:
  • high accuracy to detect the place where an intruder crosses the zone: fr om 20 m - unlike standard detectors, for which the crossing place is determined with accuracy of protected boundary lenght, and it is, as a rule, 250 m maximum; 
  • to determine direction of intruder movement (to site, fr om site) and intruder classification (person, vehicle);
  • diagnostics and parameters control of digital detectors fr om operator workstation via RS-485 interface, which makes it possible to provide binding of detector parametes  to failure threshold without entering at protected boundary, digital detector seasonal agjustment;
  • operation and adjustment on site using universal control panel (PKU) or built-in control and display panel except the usage of unrealible mechanical control elements;
  • remote setting of perimeter digital detectors (via radio channel) using universal control panel (PKU-R) or any mobile device based on Android system;
  • detector connection with interface of "dry contacts" type to RS-485 wireline along with digital detectors using adapter.

  
  

  
• Access control system provides:
  • control personnel entrance/exit through access points using proximity card and pin codes; 
  • various tactics for arming/disarming of protected zones: automated, centralized, decentralized with operator confirmation, disactivate security system. There is selective setting of arming in certain zone (room);
  • reducing of cost for access point formation at small and mid-sized sites using enhanced K60 controller functions. 
• CCTV provides:
  • IP videocamera using;
  • record and display information fr om videocameras when detectors are actuated;
  • data exchange using OPC UA with security alarm subsystem;
  • review information fr om videocameras of CCTV system;
  • display pictures on videowall;
  • archiving and reviewing it by set parameters (alarm, date, time, camera number);
  • record pre- and post-alarm events setting record time;
  • foundation of remote operator workstation;
  • control of pan / tilt devices of videocameras.

Data exchange using OPC UA technology essentially increases integrated system oportunities, simplify the joint use with equipment and security subsystems of third party manufacturer which support this standard which makes it possible to increase functional capabilities of developed automated security complex of the facility.

3. A wide range of used digital detectors produced by NIKIRET, including: 

• vibration detector "Godograf-Universal, explosion-proof modification;
• vibration seismic detector "Godograf-Universal";
• microwave bistatic detector "RLD Redut-500" (with restricted detection zone), "RLD Redut/1-300I" (with wide detection zone), "RLD Redan-125";
• monostatic microwave detectors "Flang-125", "Korall-SM-U/1" and "Korall-SM-U/2";
• infrared detector "Glazur" (2 and 4 IR-beam);
• radio-wave detector "Gazon-24";
• "Raps-22" and "Raps-М2" (ultrawideband sounding).

4. Digital detectors provide:

• to specify the type of intruder and target classification (person, vehicle);
• to determine direction of intruder movement (to us/fr om us);
• to determine where the intruder is crossing protected boundary with accuracy of 20 m lenght (with visualization);
• monitoring and controlling parameters of digital detectors from the operator's workstation (seasonal adjustment);
• to change automatically operation mode of the facility, depending on the operational situation around it;
• remote diagnose the equipment (type of failure, service information).

5. Individual rigths separation of each operator to grant access to information and controls.

6. Remote control and detector adjustment using mobile devices based on OC Android system or PKU-R.
