FLANG-125

Purpose

Modifications:

Flang-125-S is to be installed a field on special metal posts included in a delivery kit.
Flang-125-K is to be istalled on brackets (which is a part of components) on vertical surfaces of walls or fences.
Flang-125-T is to be installed on metal or asbestos-cement pipes 76 to 160 mm in diameter. Pipes are not included in a delivery kit and they are selected at the stage of site designing.

Monostatic microwave detector is intended to protect boundaries of short length where it is difficult or impossible to use other types of detectors:

• corners of facility perimeter;
• places where fences adjoin buildings and structures;
  
• gates and wickets;
  
• small-sized facilities;
  
• "dead zones" of other detectors;
  
• riverside;
  
• exits fr om reservoirs.
  

The principle of operation is based on the following: a transmitter generates an electromagnetic field and a receiver registers changes in parameters of the signals, reflected from intruders crossing the detection zone (DZ).

Components:

• Transmitter-receiver 1 pcs.
• Junction box 1 pcs.
• Mounting kit (MK) 1 kit

Distinctive features:

• Digital processing of received signal with the algorithm of spectrum analysis based on fast Fourier transform, provides smoothing of sensitivity along the whole detection zone length and high noise immunity to birds, small animals and meteorological factors influence.
• It provides automatic adjustment to changes in underlying terrain (dry, wet, change of grass or snow height within specified limits).
  
• Detection zone is divided into elementary sectors (up to 40 sectors, each sector is 2 m long maximum), which makes it possible to set strict borders within the DZ length and to provide authorized passages within the detection zone, provide insensitivity to intruders moving outside DZ.
  
• It provides tuning-out against noise caused by outside sources of radio-frequency radiation by means of changing polarization plane of electromagnetic field.
  
• It provides remote adjustment, troubleshooting and data exchange with data acquisition and display system via RS-485 interface, specifying the number of the sector wh ere DZ has been crossed.
  
• It provides easy detector adjustment and troubleshooting by means of universal control panel.
  
• Built-in lightning protection.
  
• Tamper-proof aluminum housing (with increased mechanical strength and jamming electomagnetic effects).
