Agreement for the processing of personal data

By providing your personal data, the User agrees to process data, store and use it according to the Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ “On personal data” dated July 27, 2006 for the following purposes:

• User registration on site.
• Customer support.
• Receiving information about marketing events by the User.
• Auditing and other internal purposes to improve the quality of services provided.

Personal data means any personal information that allows to identify the User, such as:

• Full name.
• Contact number.
• E-mail address.
• Address.

User personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except when non-automated processing is necessary to satisfy legal requirements. NIKIRET undertakes not to send received your personal data to third parties, except for the following cases: on request of authorized government authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and according to the procedures established by law of Russian Federation.

NIKIRET reserves the right to make unilaterally amendments to these rules, provided that the changes do not contravene existing legislation of the Russian Federation. These rules become effective on their publication on the website.
