BSK-RWD

Purpose

Bistatic radio-wave detector is a component of "Pautina-M" complex and is intended for protection of local and temporary sectors of protected boundaries ( wood trails, roads, joints of protected sectors, vehicles at temporary parking, etc.). and message passing about the status of detectors over a radio channel.

The detector is intended to be used on unprepared open and wooded country (flat and cross-country terrain with slopes up to 30°.

The principle of operation is based on sounding the space between TX unit and RX unit, generating "Alarm" signal when the intruder appears in the detection zone and transmitting messages to CCP or PCP at distance of up to 1 km long.

Variants of use:
The detector is installed on the ground using posts, guy-wires and containers used as ballast to provide stability under the influence of wind.
The detector is mounted on the trees using brackets and screws.

Distinctive features:
Volumentric detection zone.
Detection zone near receiving unit (RX unit) and transmitting unit (TX unit). Unauthorized access to the units is excepted. 
RX unit and TX unit of different detectors are replaceable.
Provides continious round-the -clock operation.

BSK-RWD is immune to the following noise factors:
precipitation such as rain at intensity of up to 40 mm/h;
grass cover of any heigth within the detection zone;
trees and bushes within the detection zone;
flat and cross-country terrain with  slopes up to 30°;
snow cover heigth up to 0.5 m.
