Purpose

It generates a volumetric detection zone  at protected sectors of small length ar areas where it is deifficult or impossible to use other types of detectors (corners of facility perimeter, protected sectors at exit points to river banks and water reservoirs, places where fences adjoin buildings and structures; gate and wicket sectors; small-sized facilities; "dead zones"; "dead zones" of other detectors; riverside, exits from reservoirs and etc.).

The principle of operation is based on the following: a transmitter generates electromagnetic field and a receiver registers changes in parameters of signal reflected by intruder crossing the detection zone.

RX and TX are structually combined in one housing ( in transmitter-receiver - RX-TX) and have one common narrow-beam antenna of with centimeter range of waves length.

Form of the detection zone in vertical and horizontal planes

Components:

• Transmitter-receiver (TX-RX) 1 pcs.
• Junction box 1 pcs.
• Mounting kit (MK) 1 kit

Variants of use:

Variant of the detector with universal MK. It is intended to be installed on a vertical surface (wall, fence), as well as on metal or asbestos-cement pipes from 76 to 160 mm in diameter. Pipes are not included in the detector delivery set and are chosen at the design stage.

Distinctive features:

• It detects an intruder (a human) crossing the protected boundary in any positions ("upright walking", "bent", "prone crawling", "rolling").
• Allocation of crossing of detection zone with accuracy up to 1 m.
  
• Sounding field polarity can be changed to eliminate mutual interference of detectors.
  
• It provides easy detector adjustment and troubleshooting by means of universal control panel.
  
• Information exchange with data acquisition and display system via RS-485 interface.
  
• It provides high probability of intruder detection (up to 0.99).
  
• It can work as a perimeter or an area detector, outside or inside rooms.
• It provides lightning protection of input and output circuits.
  
• It provides remote control of detector serviceability.
